Phil and Josh tackle NASCAR at Dover where Harvick and Hamlin continued their 2020 Cup Series domination, Allgaier and Briscoe win in XFinity and Zane Smith continues the GMS domination in Trucks. The Round-Up covers Supercars at Hidden Valley, IMSA GTLM/GTD at VIR where Bill Auberlen passed Hi to My Family at Home for all-time wins, MotoGP at Austria where Miguel Olivera won his first GP, DTM at Lausitzring, BTCC at Oulton Park and Super GT at Suzuka.
Phil and Josh preview the Belgian GP and whether there's any stopping the Hammer Time LH44 train. IndyCar doubles up at Gateway while NASCAR Cup ends their regular season with the Coke Zero 400 at Daytona and who's in/out. Phil and Josh go over Lewis Hamilton's comprehensive victory in the Spanish GP along with who his biggest challenger is for the WDC. Also, they discussed Ferrari's issues and the midfield battle. Phil and Josh gave a sneak preview of the Indy 500 preview show coming out later this week with Fast 9 talk and went over the Cup, XFinity and Truck races at Daytona's road course. In the GSP Roundup, MotoGP, Supercars, WEC, Formula E and IMSA GT at VIR. Finally, we go into Dover and make picks which Josh is usually really good at picking winners!

They break down the field for this year's race and consider the opening practice results along with going over who could win pole and the race. Phil and Josh welcome F1 Grid Talk host George Howson to discuss Max Verstappen slaying the Mercedes duo at Silverstone along with Logan Sargeant's first F3 win and his future prospects. Talk about the field in detail along with silly-season as well plus some focus on F2 and F3 drivers who could eventually make that move. After that, Phil and Josh had NASCAR young gun Dawson "DK" Cram who came off a 14th place finish in the Truck Series event at Michigan. Cram is cool, calm and poised for an 18 year-old. He's got a future and drove for a great cause. Phil and Josh end with more discussion about Michigan and Road America too.

Phil and Josh discuss the British Grand Prix with Lewis Hamilton taking his 7th win at home after a rare tire-explosion filled event. Brad Keselowski takes his 33rd career Cup win at New Hampshire in dominant fashion and then signs a one-year extension to stay in the 2 car for Penske. GSP Roundup is chock full of motorsports around the world as well before Phil loses it because of "Charters" and the business model that exists in NASCAR due to Bob Leavine selling to Spire after Rev. Gibbs and TuRD did what they do best. Previews of the 70th Anniversary GP, NASCAR Cup/Trucks at Michigan, XFinity at Road America and Skype doing its part.

Phil and Josh discuss the weekend in motorsports which saw many firsts: Felix Rosenqvist and Sheldon Creed winning their first races in IndyCar and Trucks respectively while Austin Cindric won his first two oval races in NASCAR along with Cole Custer's upset win in the Cup Quaker State 400. On the flip side, Scott Dixon extended his win streak to three races in IndyCar prior to his teammate's win the next day and Lewis Hamilton took his first win of 2020. Phil and Josh deep dive on all the events at Road America, Austria and Kentucky before previewing the NASCAR Cup All-Star Race at Bristol and some of the new details being introduced into the event along with a brief preview of the race to COVID triple-header at Texas this weekend.

They also go over the GMR Grand Prix at Indy for the NTT IndyCar Series and what Scott Dixon's win means for fellow title rivals like Power and Rossi before previewing the doubleheader at Road America. NASCAR had the BadYear 400 on Sunday and the issues that came up from that race put Phil over the edge. Who can compete with Harvick and Hamlin? Also, Phil and Josh go over the Atlanta triple-header weekend which saw Kevin Harvick win his second race of 2020 along with victories by AJ Allmendinger and Grant Enfinger in Xfinity and Trucks. Recent events brought up issues with police brutality and protesting which Phil and Josh took time on that before previewing the Martinsville Cup and Homestead races this weekend.

Phil and Josh bring on Talking in Circles Host and Frontstretch writer Clayton Caldwell and Phil's buddy Josh Billiter (aka Pork Roll...you'll get the reference once you listen) to discuss Nashville Superspeedway being reintroduced after a 10-year absence and getting a Cup date from Dover in the process. The four provide their thoughts on this development relative to the racing product in the past and what is around currently. They move on to discuss the Alsco 500k which saw William Clyde Elliott II win his first Cup race of 2020 which was followed by Brad Keselowski benefiting from Clyde's error late to win his second Cup race of 2020 at the Supermarket Sweep 500 at Bristol. The group finishes with a recap of Noah Gragson's Cheddar's 300 win at Bristol.
